Casey is a licensed certified public accountant with approximately ten years of public accounting experience. Casey began his career at Postlethwaite & Netterville in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he served as an audit manager.
Casey later joined Malone & Bailey, PC where he served as an SEC audit manager for numerous small-cap to mid-cap publicly traded companies. While at Malone & Bailey, Casey worked with oil and gas, technology, manufacturing, and retail clients.
Casey joined Jamie on August 1, 2007, and formed McElravy, Kinchen & Associates, P.C. which was later reorganized as M&K CPAS, PLLC where he specializes in growing small-cap publicly traded companies and complex accounting issues such as reverse mergers, stock option valuations, shares issued for services, private debt and equity issuances, embedded derivatives, and the accounting for and identification of variable interest entities.
Casey is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.

Matthew P. (Matt) Manis, CPA

Matt is a licensed certified public accountant with approximately fifteen years of public accounting experience as well as approximately nine years of experience in senior executive roles in the private sector. Matt began his career at KPMG in Houston, Texas, where he served as a senior audit manager.
Matt later joined Malone & Bailey, PC where he served as an SEC audit manager for numerous small-cap to mid-cap publicly traded companies. While at Malone & Bailey, Matt worked with oil and gas, mining, technology, real estate, manufacturing, and retail clients.
Matt joined McElravy, Kinchen & Associates, P.C. which was later reorganized as M&K CPAS, PLLC on October 2, 2007, where he specializes in growing small-cap publicly traded companies and complex accounting issues such as reverse mergers, stock option valuations, shares issued for services, private debt and equity issuances, embedded derivatives, and the accounting for and identification of variable interest entities.

Don W. Anthis, CPA

Don is a licensed certified public accountant with approximately thirty years of public accounting experience and over nine years of experience as a chief financial officer in the private sector. Don began his career with Arthur Andersen in Houston, Texas where he worked in the audit, tax, and consulting groups as a senior manager.
Don later served as the chief financial officer of a privately owned worldwide Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) company in Houston. He guided the implementation of a computer based construction cost accounting system in the 1970’s which is still used as a model in the industry today. Don managed projects in Central America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Mideast.
Don formed and managed Anthis & Company, Inc. P.C., a full service accounting firm in Northwest Houston in 1982. Anthis Company performed accounting, federal, state and local tax planning, compliance and controversy resolution services for over 1,000 clients.
Anthis & Company merged with M&K CPAS, PLLC in January 2010 where Don will specialize in international and domestic tax as a tax partner.
Don attended the University of Houston and is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and West Texas State University.

Jon E. Ridenour, CPA

Jon is a licensed certified public accountant with approximately ten years of experience in public accounting and in management roles in the private sector. Jon began his accounting career at Malone & Bailey, PC in Houston, Texas, where he served as a senior SEC auditor.
While at Malone & Bailey, Jon worked with numerous small-cap to mid-cap publicly traded companies in the oil and gas, technology, manufacturing, and biotech industries.
Jon joined McElravy, Kinchen & Associates, P.C. which was later reorganized as M&K CPAS, PLLC on October 2, 2007, where he specializes in growing small-cap publicly traded companies and complex accounting issues such as reverse mergers, stock option valuations, shares issued for services, private debt and equity issuances, embedded derivatives, and the accounting for and identification of variable interest entities.
Jon is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Houston.
