Consent to Offerings Document

A "consent to offerings" document is a legal form used to grant permission for an offering, such as a security, service, or media release, and can refer to different contexts like financial, medical, or other business activities. Key components typically include a declaration of consent, the specific details of the offering, the duration, terms and conditions, information on data protection, and details on how to revoke consent.

Financial offerings: These are used when a company wants to raise capital through securities. An example is a "consent solicitation" which is part of an exchange offer, where shareholders give their consent to tender their shares for cash and new stock. Another example is a Small Company Offering Registration (SCOR) form.
