Why Work With an Experienced IPO Accounting Firm?
Small and mid-size companies preparing for an IPO don't always have a finance team for SEC-level reporting yet, and that's normal.
M&K CPAS, PLLC has worked with growing companies since 2007, and we stay involved once a problem surfaces. When a readiness assessment turns up a gap in your financial statements or internal controls, we work alongside your team to close it before it reaches your underwriters or the SEC.
We are excited to celebrate the opening of the Texas Stock Exchange. IPOs are scheduled to begin in Q1 of 2027. M&K CPAS specializes in IPOs for small to mid-size companies and would appreciate the ability to be a part of your company's success story.
“Our hands-on involvement is why smaller companies preparing for their first offering keep choosing M&K over a larger firm: you get an accountant who helps solve the problem, not just one who documents it.”
