Single AuditAll government and non-profit entities that spend more than $500,000 a year in federal funds are required by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to submit to an A-133 audit. Our staff and management team have extensive knowledge of (OMB) Circular A-133 and have conducted numerous yellow book and single audits for a wide variety of federal grant programs. We will work with you to identify any federal awards that might meet the above criteria. Should you require a single audit, our team will determine all Type A and Type B programs. We will study and understand the operations and internal controls of such programs within the City, and perform and document a risk assessment based on this study to determine whether each program has either a high or low risk of not complying with laws and regulations. Based on our tailored compliance program, we will perform our government compliance audit to determine if your federal program operations comply with all laws and regulations. You will receive a bound single audit report along with our opinion (auditors' report) and schedule of findings and questioned costs.
